An ASIN check is one product (ASIN) monitored in one location. Your plan limit is the total number of these checks, and because each location is counted separately, your usage is ASINs × locations. For example, tracking 100 ASINs across 10 cities uses 1,000 ASIN checks. Tracking those same 100 ASINs in a single location uses 100.

The Buy Box can be won by different sellers in different cities, so we check each ASIN independently in every location you choose. That separate, per-location check is what makes regional Buy Box tracking possible, and it is the unit your plan counts. One ASIN watched in five locations is five checks, whichever country they are in.

On the Patrol and Badger Pro plans, unlimited locations means there is no cap on how many distinct locations you can monitor across your account. It does not add extra ASIN checks on top of your plan. You still spend one ASIN check per ASIN, per location, so your total ASINs × locations needs to fit inside your plan's check allowance.

Multiply the number of ASINs you want to watch by the number of locations you want to watch them in. Tracking 250 ASINs in 4 cities is 1,000 checks. If you only need national coverage with one location per ASIN, your ASIN count and your check count are the same number.
